Hi,

I'm wondering if it's possible to use Traffic Server in HTTPS explicit proxy
cache mode, so client requests to proxy server is encrypted.

I think you mean forward proxy? Yes, ATS supports this, and you can do it over HTTPS if your UA supports that.
