Where is the pid file for TrafficServer

Today my ATS was crushed for some reason and now I try to create
the configuration for Monit.

Where is pid file for Traffic Server?

/usr/local/var/trafficserver/server.lock
/usr/local/var/trafficserver/manager.lock
/usr/local/var/trafficserver/cop.lock
